Waitlist Registration Forms

Please choose the program that fits the needs of your child and complete the Waitlist Registration Form to hold your place in line.
Once a spot becomes available it will be offered to the first eligible family on our waitlist.

We have three programs:

INFANT/TODDLER

For children 12 to 35 months of age

3 – 5 PROGRAM

For children 36 months to 5 years of age

OUT-OF-SCHOOL CARE

For children in Kindergarten to 10 years of age

Please note that this program is currently full with a lengthy waitlist so adding your child does not guarantee him or her a spot. We will call you when a spot becomes available.
